The NTU Sports Hall was the first building in South-east Asia to use Mass Engineered Timber (MET) technology on a large scale.

Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE)
The laboratory was designed via a collaborative effort involving NRF, SembCorp Architects & Engineers (SCAE) as the design consultants.

Temasek Laboratories @ NUS
An 11 storey high office cum laboratories building with basement. The site area is 4,950 sq m, generally sloping with a level difference of 8m.

Singapore Turf Club Development
With site area of 35 ha, STC developed 7 blocks of Racing Stables each with 50 stalls, 5 blocks of Resting Stables with total 80 stalls, 1000m Uphill sand track, Riding Centre and ancillary facilities. A bridge span across PUB drain was built to connect the new development with the existing racecourse facilities. 2 block of existing Resting Stables were converted to Racing Stables were also included in the development.
