Sembcorp Architects & Engineers (SCAE) is a fully owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Specialised Construction Pte Ltd. Incorporated on 30 April 1992, it has been granted licences of practice under The Architects Act 1991, The Professional Engineers Act 1991 and The Land Surveyors Act 2005 to provide multi-disciplinary design and consultancy services as a private limited corporation. Our dedicated professional team comprising of qualified Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineer, Quantity Surveyors and Land Surveyors have the capability to take on projects for our clients ranging from commercial, residential, industrial to the defence sector and from the inception stage to full completion of the project.

Here is a brief history of SCAE,

• Formed in 1982 as the design department of CDC-Construction & Development Pte Ltd, the department provided design services to all construction projects.
• In 1992, the design department expanded and registered as a multi-disciplinary licensed corporation, Design Team Pte Ltd.
• On 3rd July 1995, Design Team Pte Ltd was renamed ST Architects & Engineers Pte Ltd.
• On 8th July 2013, ST Architects & Engineers Pte Ltd was renamed Sembcorp Architects & Engineers Pte Ltd.
