The 3-Storey Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) Comprising Arrival Lobby Level, F&B With Open Plaza Level, Basement Mezzanine Level and ancillary M&E service block on at Sentosa.

The 12,880m2 commercial entertainment center is a BCA Greenmark Platinum Award Building. The FEC has demand base ACMV system coupled with high efficient water-cooled chiller system, energy saving LED lightings optimize with the use of sensors and timers, rainwater harvesting and automatic irrigation system as part of the sustainable features in the development. SCAE is engaged as the M&E consultant under the Design and Build contractor for the project.
