Junction 8 Shopping Centre

This shopping cum office development incorporates a 2-storey basement, 4-storey retail podium and 10-storey office tower block.

The design takes advantage of its proximity to the MRT station and bus interchange, incorporating a central 10m ‘linkway’ between the two nodal points. A central atrium provides a focal point where mass activities can be held. The building adopted a total pre-cast system and ‘top-down’ construction method where the superstructure and substructure were constructed simultaneously.
