Changzhou Civic Square

SCAE Won the Master Planning and Architectural Competition Proposal the development of  the  Administrative Hub.

The objectives for the Master Plan are to address and set in motion a vision for a cohesive and focused development strategy and distinguish the development area of 145 hectares as The Civic Center for the city of Changzhou.

The Vision is to create an independent, self-sustainable, world-class metropolitan city in line with the aspirations of the Municipality of Changzhou for economic, financial, social and environmental growth.
